We provide premium in-house catering services at the Harbour Room. Our experienced culinary team offers a wide range of menu options, from elegant canapés to multi-course gourmet dinners. We ‘re happy to work with you to customize menus that suit your preferences and dietary requirements. External catering is not permitted due to our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.

We recommend booking the Harbour Room or Rooftop at least 9-12 months in advance for weddings, especially for peak season dates (October to March). However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so it ‘s always worth inquiring about your preferred date. To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a deposit.

Yes, the Harbour Room provides a seamless indoor backup option in case of bad weather. If your event is planned for the Rooftop, our team will coordinate a smooth transition to the elegant indoor space, ensuring that your celebration continues without disruption.

Absolutely! The Harbour Room is designed to accommodate both ceremonies and receptions. Many couples choose to exchange vows on the Rooftop with panoramic views of Port Phillip Bay, then move inside for a stylish reception. This allows for a smooth flow between events, without the need for transportation between different locations.

Our venue rental includes access to the chosen space, tables, chairs, standard linens, and glassware. We also provide setup and breakdown services, as well as an on-site event coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day. Additional AV equipment, lighting options, and bespoke decorations can be arranged upon request.
